Provide design and drafting services for custom residential single family dwellings, house additions, basement finish plans. No job too small. Hand drafting only. Have worked in construction industry for 30 years, worked for residential architects as a designer for 14 years, and have free-lanced part-time for misc. home builders and private home owners for 10 years. I am not a licensed architect, but have a business relationship with a licensed architect/engineer to stamp plans that require it for building permits.
