Future Form Designs is a decorative concrete studio located in Salt Lake City, Ut dedicated to the design and production of eco-friendly products for interior and exterior spaces. Our product line includes concrete countertops, concrete sinks, concrete fireplace surrounds, and landscape pieces.
Each piece is individually handcrafted by fusing some of the most basic and abundant materials on earth, sand, rock, and water together with a color, shape and texture that is unique to you.
