Environmental Solutions (ES) provides environmental services to our clients, specifically in toxic materials such as asbestos, lead, mold and other indoor air quality issues. ES can inspect your facility or home for asbestos, lead paint or toxic mold and provide a comprehensible report on the situation. The report includes the amount, type, locations, photos and drawings. We also provide engineering costs and recommendations. Due to the complex nature of some environmental hazards, ES can provide you with an Operations and Maintenance Plan to manage the materials in place and provide a gradual phase-out of the materials.

ASBESTOS:
ES specializes in asbestos inspections, abatement and management of asbestos products. Both federal and state regulation require an inspection prior to demolition or renovation. In addition, we conduct inspections for hazard awareness and provide the training for employees, where necessary. We conduct thousands of inspections per year for both large and small clients. MOLD:
We can test to determine the type of mold within a structure. We provide an initial analysis, using air sampling, moisture meters and boroscope to determine the extent and cause of the contamination. Specifications for removal are included in the cost of the initial consultation.
