CHERA is the Greek word used in the New Testament for "widow." It means "bereft." CHERA Fellowship for Widows/ers is a Christian magazine published quarterly by IFCA Int'l. Written by people who have lost their mate, the articles, poetry, and Bible study offer hope, comfort and encouragement to widows and widowers.
Topics include lessons learned from tears, your new identity, accepting your assignment, to move or not to move, singleness and dating again, serving while suffering, support groups, advice to a new widow/widower, helping children and grandchildren grieve their loss, and much more.
