Alpine Sports Medicine was started in the Fall of 1999 and has continued to provide specialized outpatient physical therapy to Park City area and recently added our Salt Lake location in October of 2008. Our licensed physical therapists customize treatment for each patients needs and provide extensive knowledge to help each patient recover regardless of the nature of the injury. We specialize in sports related injuries, back and neck therapy, neurologic injury and work related injuries along with custom orthodics and splinting.
